Product Guarantee
Every item within the Sensational Wicks product line was inspected for accuracy and quality before being shipped to you. If you received the product damaged in shipment and there are visible exterior signs or the package rattles, the customer must refuse the shipment. We will promptly resend your order after receiving the original shipment.
If the order is found to be damaged after opening the package, please request an RMA number to return the damaged items for an exchange. No refunds are given anytime for any reason. We will only promptly replace any damaged items. All shipping charges relevant to a returned item will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We will pay all shipping charges for resending any items damaged.
Pricing Policy
Prices are subject to change without notice and are good for online purchases only. As much as we try to be accurate as humanly possible, there is a possibility for errors in pricing and we are not responsible for any occasional errors on this website. We do apologize in advance for any errors you may enounter. All sales items are sold at sales prices while supply lasts.
